I’ve noticed that when someone loses a pretty big number one week the following week is not as impressive, so it’s normal. Going off of raw food may also cause a little bit of fluid retention. Congrats on having a loss though, that’s always something to celebrate!
2 weeks vacation? Niiice! You won’t know what to do with all that free time. lol I hope you fully enjoy it. Bailey is soooo cute! (My wi-fi is being a butthead, I’ll have to finish the second half later.) Halfway through the week!:)

Like Kristie said, when you were on raw food you weren’t taking in as much sodium, so you lost alot of weight but alot of that was BS weight, and so now you’ve turned that BS loss into a real loss. Think of it as 6 pounds over 3 weeks and that’s 2 pounds a week, so that’s awesome!
…at that rate you would lose 100 pounds in a year!.
I know how you feel! I did fast start 3 weeks ago (stuck to 22 per day instead of my usual 25) and I lost 3.2lbs, but the next week I lost 0.2 and last week I I gained 1.2lbs even though I’ve been on track and exercising. So this week I’m exercising even more. Keep your chin up, I’m sure your body will catch up soon!
i did the same as you, last week dropped 5.4 lbs ,this week only 0.6 lost .I look at it this way though ,better a loss then a gain
