.2 is more than likely water weight girly. that time of the month you can gain upwards of almost 7 pounds so .2….pashaw.

Hi! I love watching your vids. One thought I had for you is, maybe try Boca Burgers, they are only 1pt per patty (be sure and calculate w/ points finder b/c some are more tnan 1pt). My husband and I are doing WW together, he is a HUGE meat eater and LOVES burgers and he enjoys the Boca Burgers. We just put a slice of 1pt cheese and all the other condiments and they are great! Hope this helps

A smore is like a candy sandwich! You take a graham cracker, add a couple pieces of hershey’s chocolate, then a marshmellow ( usually cooked over fire) and then top it with another graham cracker! Please try it is modesty! It is delisious but dangerous on the scale!!!!!!
I love that you’re going in strong and confident and not getting down on yourself for not losing. Maintaining is good, way better than a gain!!

Good idea about the weights!
I am joining Weight Watchers tomorrow afternoon. My first meeing…I am nervous. But needs to be done!
