I just started Weight Watchers and today is the weigh in, and I noticed that I didn’t lose anything at all. I haven’t been exercising yet, as I just wanted to see effective WW is without the workout
what is the normal weight lost for the first week?
is it normal if I didn’t lose any weight?
does it mean I’m not doing it right?
I am a pretty active 23 year old male, 6’0" tall, weighing 180. I’d like to maintain weight and/or build more muscle.
My wife is on WW and currently is allowed 32 points. Her current weight is 205, and the point categories listed below don’t match up to Weight Watchers.
I have been entertaining thought of joining weight watchers, but don’t see what the fees are really buying me other than a book of points and weekly meetings.
Is there any way to participate in WW without spending all that money?
My boyfriend wants to start Weight Watchers and I used to do it but i forgot how to calculate how many daily points a person can have and I know it differs for a man and a women. Does anyone on WW or who has been on WW have the correct way to calculate daily points.
Thanks
I’m sort of young for WW and I have nooo time to go out a lot. I quit the YMCA becuase it didn’t really work well. But Does anyone know how to do like a Mini Weight Watchers at home? and how do u figure about these WW points?
