What were your results on Weight Watchers and how long we you on the program?
I just started and I want to know how people did on it to stay encouraged.

Like I’m looking for a program that is extremely similar, one that tells you which foods to eat more of which ones you stay clear of. and more importantly a site that when your thinking about eating a food you can type it in and it’ll tell you the healthy ways to eat it and all that type of helpful things. I’ve tried a few and they suck. myfitnesspal.com is ok but not exactly what i’m looking for and I don’t want to pay money for weight watchers it’s to much.
I am about to start the Weight Watchers Core plan soon and I was wondering if there are any types of sandwiches that can be eaten? I want to know what type of deli meat and what type of bread are acceptable.
I’ve done weight watchers before so I have all the stuff so this time around I’m doing it on my own. But I’ve heard that fruits and veggies are now 0 points no matter what they are. Anyone know if this is for sure true?

And what is slim fast all about?? I know they have those protein drinks and some other things but that is basically it of what I know??

I want to lose weight before summer. I was thinking about doing weight watchers because it’s only 20$ a month, but I’m not sure if it works as fast as I would like it to work. Summer’s coming fast, and I’m ready for a decent swim suit for once in my life. The other issue I have is it seems as though every person on weight watchers uses a sugar substitute, which I can not stand. MUST I substitute my sugar in order to lose weight?
