I’m on Weight Watchers and always have all of my extra weekly points left on Friday. Is it okay to use them on the weekend if I know I’m going out for drinks or going out to eat as long as I don’t overdue it? I just know most alcoholic drinks are pretty high up there on the points scale !

I’m new to weight watchers and would like to know if I need to adjust my points as I loose weight or will the points remain the same as what I have when I began the program? If someone can tell me the ACCURATE and CORRECT way of calculating points that you need to have that will be great as well! I’m hearing different versions and arriving at sifferent answers when I surf the web.

Katsie asked: I looked up the Weight Watchers questions posted by people but I get conflicting messages and formulas. Can you please give me the CORRECT formula that calculates how many points one is allowed to have daily?
Can someone calculate my points as well? I’m 5’4″ 155 lbs 24 female. Again, I used the answers posted and I got anywhere from 18-26 points! Please let me know the CORRECT and ACCURATE points that I should have daily. THANKS!

Meryl asked: I’m 15, 5ft 6 inches and I weight about 9 stone (126 pounds). How many weight watchers points should I have a day.
How can I find out how many points other food (ie: apples/other fruit) count as?
Is it more expensive the food?

I am 27 years old, and I am 6 foot 2 and weigh 219lbs. Growing up, I could eat whatever I want, and not gain a pound. I am thinking of starting weight watchers to help with my diet. Neither myself or my wife are very good cooks, and our diets are mediocore at best. Does anyone know how many points I should be eating? Or does anyone else have an eating plan similar to that of WW?

I am searching for recipes (with Weight Watchers points) for use in the slow cooker or Crock-Pot. As a single mom with three boys I find it increasingly difficult to make meals staying within my Weight Watchers points that satisfy my whole family but do not take all night to prepare!

kobie asked: I have been having problems getting all my points in daily.
What is the average number of points per meal?
I need 28 and have been eating around 20-23.
I’m so confused and the people on the weight watchers website were pretty rude. So please nice answers..
Thanks=]
