I’m 15, 5ft 6 inches and I weight about 9 stone (126 pounds). How many weight watchers points should I have a day.
How can I find out how many points other food (ie: apples/other fruit) count as?
Is it more expensive the food?

I am searching for recipes (with Weight Watchers points) for use in the slow cooker or Crock-Pot. As a single mom with three boys I find it increasingly difficult to make meals staying within my Weight Watchers points that satisfy my whole family but do not take all night to prepare!

I think on average you burn 100 calories for every mile you walk, then how many weight watchers points does that equal?

Ok, had a grilled chicken Southwest salad from Mcdonald’s tonight for dinner. Had it with the dressing and the croutons. Does anyone know how many weight watchers points this is?

How many weight watchers points are there in a regular cup size coffee with two of those little pre-packaged milk thingies (2% milk – the little containers that they have in restaurants, im not sure how much milk is in there) and a tablespoon of brown sugar?
Thanks!

Hi~
I’m looking for some tasty recipes that follow the Weight Watchers points system or are just low cal/low fat. I am especially interested in new versions of old favorites, ie~ low cal mac n cheese, low cal pizza. I also love to bake and would love to make some deserts that I can actually eat! If anybody has any recipes or links to sites w/this type of recipe I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

How do you count weight watchers points when cooking in bulk? We just started on weight watchers this week and I was wondering when cooking dinner how do you add your points up? For example: this weekend we wanted to make chili..do we add up the points for the whole dish and then divide it out? If so, how?
THANKS in advance!

I started the Weight Watchers points system 8 weeks ago and I’ve only lost 12lbs…I am a fairly large woman with 179lbs more to lose in order to get to my goal weight…I wish the weight would drop off faster…
I’d like to know from Weight Watchers clients (former or present), what were your results and how long did it take to reach your goal? If you used another means of weight loss, please share. I am just weighing out my options (no pun intended). Thank you in advance for your responses!
