I’m looking to join Weight Watchers to lose 10-15 lbs before my wedding next May. I don’t want to attend meetings but I would like a weight watchers points book, do you recieve this from joining online?
I added up my weight watchers points to be 28 points, is this the maximum? Or can I eat between 23-28 points since you have a 5 point range…
I have eaten a fish sushi pack from Salisbury’s the calorie count says 245 so what would that be converted into weight watchers points ????
I am looking for a web site that has a list of the weight watchers points and how many points you need for your weight. I did weight watchers two years ago, but have lost my books and counter. I really do not want to attend a meeting or spend the money to purchuse the books again.

that one was ok but it is in brittish stones for weight.
