I did the weight watchers diet a while ago and I made a cabbage soup that was 0 points and it was delicious, does anyone know this exact recipe that is 0 points or another cabbage soup recipe that is 0 points?

I’m trying to be good and watch what I eat via the weight watchers diet. Where can I find a calculator that will tell me how many points is in the food I’m eating? Do I have to be a member of Weight Watchers? Anyone?????
I am on the weight watchers diet. What are some 1-2 point snack foods or other foods that are good to eat?
I’ve recent started doing the weight watchers diet at home and counting points. I’m allowed 21 points a day, but usually only using around 16 (and not feeling hungrey). I’m doing a 1 hour of exercise every other day and walking my dog every day. Will the fact that I’m not using all my daily points have a negative effect, as the first week of the diet I lost 3 lbs and the second week I did not lose or gain any points?

I just started my weight watchers diet today and have a few questions already. I bought a few meals and noticed that a lot of the foods i bought are mostly carbs (Rice, pastas, ect.) Does it matter? or does it only matter that i am eating correct portions and counting my points.

I just joined weight watchers today in hopes of losing at least like 55 pounds. Any tips on dieting? Excericising that worked really well for you? Also with the weight watchers diet I am using the points plan not the core plan, but I will still listen to what you have to say if you did the core plan.
I am 5′3" and weight 150 and have been doing the weight watchers diet eating between 18 and 23 points. My question is, once I get down to my correct weight, how many points do I then eat to just maintain that weight?
