I am 25, 5’9", and weight almost 190 (size 14). I gained weight after having 2 kids and developing hypothroidism.

I bought a weight watchers cookbook today hoping changing some of my regular meals will help me lose weight but don’t know anything about the program.

How much is it to join? Can I do it without joining?
