I used to weigh 19st 11lbs and then got down to 12st 9lbs on the Cambridge Diet (less than 400 cals a day, liquids only). This diet wasn’t sustainable and when I came off it, although I made healthy choices I quickly went back up to 15st 10lbs. Having lost all that weight and then going back up to 15 has been very depressing and I now plan to start Weight Watchers but would love to know how other people experienced it…….

Typical Points Per Day for Weight Watchers?

I’m trying to slim down for a pageant and for just over all health reasons. My uncle recently got off weight watchers and he did really well so I have all the books, but I don’t know how many points I should use. He said for a girl my size I should be allowed about 18 points a day. I’m 5’1, 135 lbs (which on a short girl is over weight) and I’m 19. Will 18 work or should I do less or more?? Thanks!

Any One Out There Doing Weight Watchers?

I want to join but since I’m getting married in a little over3 months, YAH!!!!, i’m kinda money tight. So I’m looking to do it myself. I know how to get points and everything, just looking to see if theres anyone who would like to be a "buddy" with me?

im gonna be sixteen in a few months, im a girl i weight about 130 lbs and im 5 feet 4 inches. i dont go to weight watchers but my friend gave me her packet that tells you how many points each food is. i dont know how many points i get a day though.

I’m 15, about 5’8 and weigh around 135 pounds. I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for a few weeks so I can lose five to ten pounds. If I’m eating the minimum of my points (19) and NOT exercising will I still lose the weight?
