Can you give me any low point recipes for homemade foods?:like.. dressing, greens , any type of side dishes, and desserts I also love having homemade mac and cheese and homemade candied yams for thanksgiving . does any one have an alternatives.? that is currantly on weight watchers program
I have done weight watchers before, but lost my books. As soon as Thanksgiving is over and my gluttonous day is behind me, I would like to start back up on a healthy diet with Weight Watchers. I weigh 135 and only want to lose about 10-12 pounds. What are good menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) ideas for an 18-21 point goal?

ok,so i’m already on weight watchers. i dont wanna lose too much weight, but do you have any tips on how to help myself loose weight faster? i know drinking a lot of water is one thing. any tips on some exercises? if i want to lose 20 pounds, how long do you think it would take (including probably gaining a few pounds around thanksgiving.haha. happens to everyone)? I’ve been on and off weight watchers for a while.
