I’m on the weight watchers points plus program. I was quite successful 20 years ago on the old program and its way past time to get things back in order again.

I’m looking for your favorite points plus recipes or ideas that keep you going. Mine is veggie soup, low point value, large amount to keep satisfied. I also need easy ideas for treats — I’m diabetic so I’ve got to watch the sugar too.
