I only want to lose about 5 lbs or so but I still need some help and motivation with how many calories to eat, etc..weight watchers seems good but does it really help? I know you get a certain amount of points but how many calories is each point worth? thanks for your help!
*I weight 112, so I’m not that overweight either..does it help with ppl who want to tone up or lose just a little flab?

Can someone tell me EXACTLY how weight watchers work because me and my cousin want to lose weight we are already going to the ymca and i also want to go to weight watchers for the motivation but she said she doesnt want to spend money on counceling is it just counceling? Should we spend our money on weight watchers also is it worth it?
