What i am mainly looking for is a weight watchers app that follows the old program instead of the new one. I would prefer if the app was made by an individual user instead of weight watchers instead since I don’t want to pay for weight watchers anymore. Right now I’m following the book but an online tracker and points guide would be very helpful. So basically, does anyone know an iphone application that follows the old style weight watchers plan (momentum)?
I will start the Weight Watchers Momentum program on Monday and I need to lose about 50 lbs maybe more before my 20th year high school reunion in October. Is the goal too high?
www.DitchingDiets.com – Every wonder what is Weight Watchers and does it REALLY work? I share with you my experience with Weight Watchers and explain what it’s all about. Weight watchers is a good way for you to be mindful of your portion control. It does work and you need to choose the right foods. In no way does me gaining my weight back have anything to do with the program. When I stopped counting my points and paying attention to my portion sizes that’s when I gained the weight back. In the long run Weight Watchers was not a program that I could see myself doing for the rest of my life. You try it out and see if it works for you. If you have tried it out, what were your results?
