I keep seeing the ads on tv and these systems cost so much. And if you can have sweets and burgers etc. what is the difference between their food and the same thing I make at home? Do they use special ingrediants? Can i have the same thing at home if I watch my calories? By the way I’ve been on a diet the last 2 months and exercising and losing weight but I’m getting tired of just veggies and etc. How do these people get away with eating what they show on the commercials and still lose weight?
I simply just don’t have the money to join weight watchers. I’m in serious need of losing weight, especially since my wedding is coming up in 4 months. With a hectic lifestyle of teaching and just having moved across country, I’m only now beginning. Does anyone know how many points I could get per day on the points plus system with weight watchers with my age, weight and height? Thanks sooo much!!
I gained 2 pounds and I weight myself in the morning before i ate anything… is this normal??? Help guys, I dont want to GAIN weight, I had been losing weight prior to this I had already lost 10 pounds and now I gained 2 back after weight watchers… is this to be expected?
I am thinking its about time to do something about losing weight! I know all of the stuff, eat less eat better more exercise, but my friend has suggested joining a Weight Watchers group.
So really what I want to know is is it worth it? I do tend to run from place to place so I need to know if it is possible to do when you aren’t always eating at home and that it won’t stop me being able to eat out. Can you do it without packing lunches in advance?
And is it worth joining a class? At the moment I kinda see it as ritual humiliation and a bit ‘look at me I’m fat’. If I thought it really helped though, I think I would get over and it and just do it!

This week I started a new job so I am a bit late with uploading my week 10 video. I’ve been struggling with excessive bloating. I think I need to cut diet soda out of my diet and drink a lot more water. I also made my 10% milestone with Weight Watchers this week. What this basically means is that I’ve lost 10 percent of my body weight since starting wih WW at 188 lbs back in April. I am really excited to keep going on WW and getting to a healthy goal weight. ~ Staying Healthy = )
