I’m Back after being MIA! * NOTE- I know that I am being a ” HAND MONSTER” in this video (i am talking alot with my hands)—- i tend to do this and it’s just the way it is…lol!
This is the first in a series of videos involving weight loss/health/fitness. They have always been things that I’ve tried to be knowledgeable about, but over the past two years I’ve done all I could and eventually succeeded in losing 35 pounds! I am by no means a professional trainer, nutritionist or anything of that nature, these are simply going to be videos to explain things that have worked for me, give hints, tricks, tips, and exercise/food ideas while charting my own progress. I would LOVE to hear about others’ success stories, so feel free to comment or video response. I am very proud of what I did and am very excited to get back into shape! To my beauty followers– this will NOT at all hinder my production of beauty related videos; this is just a new addition to the kinds of things I want available to YouTubers.
