Hello everyone! Happy New Year! I haven’t posted since last year (that sounds awful) and this video is a recap of last week’s weigh in as well as today’s weigh in. Last week, I lost 0.6lb and that put my current weight at 131.8. At today’s weigh in, I lost 2.4 lbs and that puts my current weight at 129.4. So, I am back in the 120′s and couldn’t be happier. Also included in this video: My mom’s first week of weight loss success, a quick review of the foods/snacks I eat during the week, and my new year’s resolution. Have a great week and thanks for watching! xoxo
