I’m trying to slim down for a pageant and for just over all health reasons. My uncle recently got off weight watchers and he did really well so I have all the books, but I don’t know how many points I should use. He said for a girl my size I should be allowed about 18 points a day. I’m 5’1, 135 lbs (which on a short girl is over weight) and I’m 19. Will 18 work or should I do less or more?? Thanks!

Well friends, Weigh-In #2 was kind of a flop. Not exactly an epic fail because I didn’t gain, but still disappointing. So, I am taking this week much more seriously and really pushing myself to do what I need to do.
