I’ve done weight watchers before so I have all the stuff so this time around I’m doing it on my own. But I’ve heard that fruits and veggies are now 0 points no matter what they are. Anyone know if this is for sure true?

What Is the Deal With Weight Watchers?

I have started weight watchers and my goal weight is to loose 22 pounds. I am 5’5 and 157. I have only lost 1.8 pounds. Please help me figure out why… I eat my 22 points a day with the 35 extra for the week.. Am I supose to be eating 5 servings of fruits and veggies and all the other things they suggest or is it enough to just east my points. Please only people who have been succesful answer my question and give me some tips!

I started weight watchers this week. I am on the flex point plan and am allotted 22 points per day. I have been eating at least 3 weight watcher brand snack cakes per day which are 1 point each. I have been staying within my point range without going over. Will I still lose weight if I eat these cakes or should I eat more fruits and veggies?
