Weight watchers is a good way for you to be mindful of your portion control. It does work and you need to choose the right foods. In no way does me gaining my weight back have anything to do with the program. When I stopped counting my points and paying attention to my portion sizes that’s when I gained the weight back. In the long run Weight Watchers was not a program that I could see myself doing for the rest of my life. You try it out and see if it works for you. If you have tried it out, what were your results?
