Hello everyone! Happy New Year! I haven’t posted since last year (that sounds awful) and this video is a recap of last week’s weigh in as well as today’s weigh in. Last week, I lost 0.6lb and that put my current weight at 131.8. At today’s weigh in, I lost 2.4 lbs and that puts my current weight at 129.4. So, I am back in the 120′s and couldn’t be happier. Also included in this video: My mom’s first week of weight loss success, a quick review of the foods/snacks I eat during the week, and my new year’s resolution. This video shows a few pics of me growing up and some of me now but mostly they are pictures of when I weighed around 224 when I was 20 in 2002 after I had lost 203 lbs on Weight Watchers. Once I got down to that point, I started eating a lot again and gained all the weight back and got up to my highest documented weight of 445 lbs. Now I am on a 6 month pre-op nutrition and fitness plan to prepare for my upcoming gastric bypass surgery. As of 11-25-08 I have lost 34.7 lbs by following the WW points program on my own at home.
