Today is my first day on Weight Watchers. I was really confused after I attended my first meeting but I read through the book they gave me and it helped a lot. I hope I will have a big loss for next week. If you guys have any tips for me PLEASE let me know. I am new at this!
I’ve lost 7.8lbs in the past 14 days doing Low carb. I feel really good about the loss but I feel like something is missing. I can’t make Low Carb a lifestyle change and I don’t know why. My mom told me to talk to a woman who works for her about Weight Watchers so I did and I LOVE what I heard. She was super nice and showed me everything about ww. She invited me to go to meetings with her and her daughter on Thursdays at 5pm. I said YES! So my FIRST ww meeting is next week. I can’t wait to start. I’m going to be a WEIGHT WATCHERS GIRL!!!!
