i was just wondering where and how can i get a book of weight watchers without paying , you know the book they give you when you first go to the first meeting ?

I am planning on going to my weight watchers first meeting tommorow and i just wanted to know what should i expect? Do they try and sell you stuff (books and other "must haves") and what is the over all atmosphere? I am going to be doing the pay as you go thingy with free registration…thanks in advance
I’m starting to go on Weight Watchers this coming Wednesday and what happens at the first meeting? I know that you get weighed and everything to set a baseline, basically. But what else happens? Also, is it more fun to do it with a friend? Two other people are doing it with me and we are going to compete to see who loses the most weight. Does it keep you motivated to keep at it?
I am going to do weight watchers regardless, but i need to set a budget so i can afford to do it. I am going to a meeting tonight, but the website doesnt really offer any insight, or im overlooking it. Also, what do i need for a first meeting? do i bring cash? what should i expect?
