I started weight watchers on sept 18, the first week and a half i lost about 5 or 6 pounds. Now i weigh myself every morning, and it wont change. I eat very healthy for the most part, and exercise evryday. Will it pick back up again, and will i start losing?? Any help

Does Weight Watchers Really Work?

I am 19yrs old and currently 220lbs. I weighed 150 lbs when I started taking birth control. I am 5’5 and pretty curvy so 150 was the perfect weight for me. I have tried everything from exercise, diet’s, diet pills, having my thyroid tested (results were normal) and have recently changed my prescription. I also just signed up for weight watchers and I really want to know if its going to work or am I going to get disappointed again?

I need to lose 40lbs and thought about doing the HCG diet is it safe? Or should I just do Weight Watchers and exercise.

I’m 5’6 and 190 lbs. Just curious if anyone knows how many points i should be eating in a day. I try to stay around the realm 1500-2000 calories a day, but i don’t get much exercise. If anyone has any weight loss tips that helped them I would love to hear it! I’ve had two babies and the weight just doesn’t wanna seem to come off. And has anyone heard of the weight loss drug Phydremine? Thanks for any suggestions!

I buy weight watcher food, but i need the booklets that show the exercise points that you recapture or how to figure the points on food that ISN"T from Weight Watchers?

Ok, I’m 17 and I weigh 315lbs I’ve lost about 13lbs so far. This is my last year in school. I’ve been eating healthy since Feburary I just didn’t put any exercise with it. The only thing I’ve been doing was Cleaning the House every monday, Walking with my mother around the block and walking with my niece and nephews around the park. I guess that’s why I lost the weight. My mother gives me a month. Sometimes but I would like to join Weight Watchers. Is it a good program and will I have enough money to pay.

If anyone has done WW what were your results?

How Many Points Would I Get for Weight Watchers?

I am 16 years old, i am 5’3, and im 155 lbs. I want to start weight watchers and i wanted to know how many points i would have per day! I also spend most of my day sitting, with occasionally days of exercise(like dancing for 2 hours and walking around school!). All help is appreciated! Thanks!! :D
