I am interested in starting weight watchers but I would like to do it alone and not attend the meetings. I know that most people say the meetings are beneficial but I just don’t think I could pay out the extra money. What items do I need to get started? I am honestly clueless and know nothing about weight watchers except it uses points and they have meetings! I’ve searched on eBay and spotted a lot of 2007 starter kits–can anybody give any advice as to what are the "essential tools" for weight watchers? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

I just starting using Weight Watchers again. I have an old 2007 edition of the Dining Out Companion Book but I was thinking of updating and buying the 2009 book on ebay. Is it worth it? Are there a lot of new places listed or is it pretty much the same?

I have a older Weight Watchers kit that is different than the newer ones. I’m planning on buying the 2010 kit off of Ebay. Will I be able to use the older calculator with the newer 2010 plan or should I just buy a new WW calculator?

He is the one on the weight watchers commercials. I have tried searching on ebay and through google but have had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I’m trying to get it for a present. Thank you!
I’ve also tried asking the weight watchers people and they are no longer selling any. Some are still available at weight watchers facilities but not the one closest to me. Nor will they take orders.

I want to follow the weight watchers program, but i dont want to go to meetings.?
I was looking on EBay, and I cannot tell which books are the best, which kit includes all of the books & which ones are the most up to date.
Can someone tell me what the starter kit should include?

I started weight watchers this week, but I got all the books and stuff on ebay so I do not know what the points allowance is because I am not actually going to weight watchers. I know it is to the effect that say if I walk 45 minutes one day I earned 3 points for that week. Can anyone help me out here?
I mean the earned points thing? Where when you do something good you earn extra points….
