I am planning on purchasing the Weight Watchers At-Home kit (because I would HATE to go to meetings every week with my busy schedule). The standard kit costs .95. Do you think it’s worth it? My friend has had great success with Weight Watchers and I hope that it will be as successful for me.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m active. I play lacrosse and field hockey, but I am not happy with my body–at all. I’m not one of those obese people that sits on the couch all day eating chips. But my diet is pretty bad and I am not consistent with going to the gym in my off-season. Should I just learn some discipline with my diet and start dedicating myself to training for the lacrosse season…or should I spend the money and hope that I’m as successful as a lot of people have been on Weight Watchers?
I used this particular diet in 1994-95 and lost around 50 pounds and kept it off for 2-3 years and when I did go back to weight watchers, regrettably they had started the 123 point system.
I heard the weight watchers is a great diet to maintain and it’s very healthy. I also heard that Curve’s offers a great exercise routine for working mom’s and what not. I have recently joined both at the same time. Just wondering if you have any input about going through with this.
