How Much Weight Loss on Weight Watchers?

I’m 5’6- 180 lbs, I stated weight watchers three weeks ago, so far its going good! I haven’t weighed myself sense, because loosing a pound a week will not keep me motivated, so i just decided to stick to the diet and not weight my self for a while. Anyways, I would like to loose about 30 pounds in 6 months (more would be good) , is it possible i may loose more? How much have you lost on the program?

Joined weight watchers 5 weeks ago. I was losing 3-5 lb per weekw ith following the diet portion of their program. This past week I started playing raquetball (5 days a week) and doing a spinning class (twice a week) along with eating the same amount of points allowed by the WW program. My weigh in this week was only a loss of 2 lb. I assumed that working out would increase my loss, but it did not/ Any ideas? Should I stop the workout?

I need to lose 40lbs and thought about doing the HCG diet is it safe? Or should I just do Weight Watchers and exercise.

I took it once before and did okay with it, but I was younger and much more daring back then. I’m not sure I’m on the right diet for it. I know that with Alli you can only have so much fat in every meal or you will have some pretty bad side effects. I think this will only modivate me more and I am already doing pretty good. Not eager to start it or to loose weight too fast, I just want to be healthy.

I keep seeing the ads on tv and these systems cost so much. And if you can have sweets and burgers etc. what is the difference between their food and the same thing I make at home? Do they use special ingrediants? Can i have the same thing at home if I watch my calories? By the way I’ve been on a diet the last 2 months and exercising and losing weight but I’m getting tired of just veggies and etc. How do these people get away with eating what they show on the commercials and still lose weight?
