By maintenance, I mean once you are at the weight you like but don’t want to gain weight back. I know that corn and potatoes have a lot of calories. Are they the only ones?

Betty’s Mexican-Style Black Bean Soup Recipe

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make a hearty and healthy Mexican-Style Black Bean Soup. It is made in a slow cooker from canned goods, along with a few herbs and spices. It is super easy, and makes a large amount for your family or for college students who are looking for a great meal that is easy on the budget. Ingredients: (2) 15-oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained 7 oz. can chopped green chiles (You may use [2] 4.5-oz. cans instead.) 14 ½ -oz. can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, chopped, but undrained 14 ½-oz. can stewed tomatoes, chopped, but undrained 11-oz. can sweet whole kernel corn with green and red peppers, drained. (You may use regular whole kernel corn.) 4 green onions, sliced 2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder (Start with 2 tablespoons, and increase as desired.) 1 teaspoon ground cumin ½ teaspoon garlic powder Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours. Taste for flavorings during the last hour of cooking, and adjust to your taste, if desired. You may serve this with tortilla chips, crackers, or cornbread. I served mine with Onion-Cheddar Cheese Cornbread Sticks—delicious!!! I think you will really like this warming soup during the cold days of winter! Enjoy!!! –Betty ?

My mother used beef, and then added green beans, carrots, onions, and corn. About how many points would that be in Weight Watchers?

I’ve tried the Acai Berry and everything else.. I had some health interactions with it, and well, it didn’t even work. Weight Watchers, even by not being able to be IN a group, is helping me lose.

Weight Watchers Recipe Mexican Lasagna

1 lb. 85%lean Beef 25 pts. 1 C. Onion 0pts. 3 C. Salsa 3.5 pts. 1 1/4 tsp. Chili Powder 1 pt. 1 1/4 tsp. Cumin 1 pt. 2 C. Corn 5 pts. 16 oz. FF Cottage Cheese 8 pts. 1 1/2 C. FF Cheese 5.5 pts. 12 sm. Corn Tortilla 7 pts. Total: 6-7pts. Ser. 8-10 Directions Brown your meat until cooked, add the onion and cook for about 4 mins until they are soften. Add in your salsa, corn, spices. Cook together for about 8 mins just until your mixture is all hot. Spoon some of the mixture in to the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish, layer the corn tortillas on the bottom add half a container of cottage cheese and then meat mixture, then layer tortillas, cottage cheese, meat, shredded cheese, top with remaing meat mixture and cook in a 375 degree oven for 40 mins
