I eat cereal for breakfast with skim milk which is at the most 160 calories, a fruit or vegetables or dry cereal for a snack, a Weight Watchers Smart Ones meal for lunch and the same for dinner. Sometimes before or after dinner I eat another fruit or frozen yogurt as my something sweet for the day. I JUST started to work out, which can end up in being 3 hours of cardio in the morning since I don’t work and I come home and do a Tae-Bo video along with some abs, legs, and arms workout in the night. I’m 195 lbs, 5’5" and I really want to lose weight FAST! So basically is eating the Weight Watchers Smart Ones a waste of money? Give me advice PLEASE, ANYTHING. Tell me how YOU lost weight

I dont want to gain any weight, and I feel like if I follow a program like weight watchers, I’ll be ok, what do you think?
For instance, lets say I’m allowed 40 points a day on weight watchers (made up number), and I eat those 40 points a day, would I be ok and not gain weight? Or would it be easier to eat whatever I want, but just eat under 2000 calories a day?

I’m 5’6 and 190 lbs. Just curious if anyone knows how many points i should be eating in a day. I try to stay around the realm 1500-2000 calories a day, but i don’t get much exercise. If anyone has any weight loss tips that helped them I would love to hear it! I’ve had two babies and the weight just doesn’t wanna seem to come off. And has anyone heard of the weight loss drug Phydremine? Thanks for any suggestions!

I keep seeing the ads on tv and these systems cost so much. And if you can have sweets and burgers etc. what is the difference between their food and the same thing I make at home? Do they use special ingrediants? Can i have the same thing at home if I watch my calories? By the way I’ve been on a diet the last 2 months and exercising and losing weight but I’m getting tired of just veggies and etc. How do these people get away with eating what they show on the commercials and still lose weight?

By maintenance, I mean once you are at the weight you like but don’t want to gain weight back. I know that corn and potatoes have a lot of calories. Are they the only ones?

For example if I have a recipe that is normally
330 calories
7g fat
2 g fiber
If I were to add a 1/2 teaspoon of fiber sure that would contribute 2.5 g of fiber to the recipe. Can I now consider the fiber count to be 4+ when I put it through weight watchers point calculator?
Thanks!
