I am on a budget. But I need to lose weight. I have been struggling with weight my entire life. Both of my parents have weighted over 250 pounds before. For years I’ve kept my weight at 130. Now I am 180. I am ashamed and sick. I have done ww before. But I need help. The weight is coming off so slow. Not to mention I now have high blood sugar. I know how to do ww. But I know the meetings will help.

I am currently a weight watchers member but times are getting tight and I need to cancel my membership to help on the budget. Are there any free websites you can suggest that can help me track my daily intake and offer guidance on diet, exercise etc…?

I am going to do weight watchers regardless, but i need to set a budget so i can afford to do it. I am going to a meeting tonight, but the website doesnt really offer any insight, or im overlooking it. Also, what do i need for a first meeting? do i bring cash? what should i expect?

Hi, I’m a 5.3" female and need to loose approximately 60 lbs.
I’ve been reading up on weight watchers and have found many positive responses. I would like to follow this plan without having to pay for membership (not in the budget). Is there a special formula or website that will help me figure the number of points allowed?
Can anyone help?

I don’t want to sign up for Weight Watchers because of budget reasons. But I want to track my food intake and compare to Weight Watchers standards. Is there a free way to look up foods to get their Weight Watchers points value? Much appreciated!
