In that time I lost just under 20 lbs before my trip to Jamaica last summer. I quit afterward believing that I could loose the rest of the weight on my own. I was wrong and gained it all back within 3 months. I am back on Weight Watchers and I won’t give up until I get there! Weight Watchers works and the only reason I gained back is because I just neglected everything I learned and went back to old habits! Song: One Love – David Guetta ft. Estelle
