I am almost 17, and I am about 15 lb overweight. I am going to attend weight watchers meetings. Do you think that they people there will think it’s weird that I am there? I’m so nervous, I don’t want anyone to look at me funny or anything :/

ok so i am 4′ 11" and weight 85 lb. i DON’T want to lose weight i just want to watch my weight because i am going into the stage where i need to watch what i eat. so how many points a day should i use?

Loss Less Working Out on Weight Watchers?

Joined weight watchers 5 weeks ago. I was losing 3-5 lb per weekw ith following the diet portion of their program. This past week I started playing raquetball (5 days a week) and doing a spinning class (twice a week) along with eating the same amount of points allowed by the WW program. My weigh in this week was only a loss of 2 lb. I assumed that working out would increase my loss, but it did not/ Any ideas? Should I stop the workout?

I was previously on the old points system and it worked very well, but i stopped for a while and gained weight again now im on the propoints plan and im just wondering does it really work ? and is it more effective than the old system?

I’m going grocery shopping and have just started started the new weight watchers. What are good food choices? I’m allowed 25 points a day.

I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for a few months now and was wondering if anyone knows any restaurants (fast food included) that serve low point items on their menu. I can only have 22 points a day so obviously I wouldn’t eat a meal that was over 12 points. I am kinda getting tired of Applebees and Panera Bread because those are the only restaurants that have meals for 5-7 points.

i am 26 years old 5’10" and weigh 142 lbs, trying to lose 5-10 lbs how many points can i have in a day with the weight watchers point system?
