Well, I’m 13 years old and I’m a little out of shape and I want to lose weight and get built. I want to weigh 130-145 pounds within the next month, i currently weigh 185 and have lost 12 pounds so far… I want to lose it healthily and still be able to lose it at a fast rate. Thanks for any help.
Maybe about 6/7 yrs ago I found a recipe for Stuffed Mushrooms in a weight watchers book, and now I can’t find it. Does anyone know it? It was specifically from Weight Watchers.
Ok, so I am a 15 year old guy. I used to weigh 214 pounds, but I have been dieting since April 10th, and now I am 175 pounds. I am 5’9". My healthy weight is supposed to be 163, so I want to lose 12 more pounds. How long do you think it will take? I have lost 39 pounds in 2 months and 5 days
im gonna be sixteen in a few months, im a girl i weight about 130 lbs and im 5 feet 4 inches. i dont go to weight watchers but my friend gave me her packet that tells you how many points each food is. i dont know how many points i get a day though.
I’m 15, about 5’8 and weigh around 135 pounds. I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for a few weeks so I can lose five to ten pounds. If I’m eating the minimum of my points (19) and NOT exercising will I still lose the weight?
I know of a few people who lost alot of weight with weight watchers who did not exercise and just followed the flex points program. Do you really not have to exercise? I know of course you lose weight faster and tone up and such but can you really still lose a bunch of weight just following the program? I have about 50lbs I want to lose
