Today is my first day on Weight Watchers. I was really confused after I attended my first meeting but I read through the book they gave me and it helped a lot. I hope I will have a big loss for next week. If you guys have any tips for me PLEASE let me know. I am new at this!

I am thinking abo ut doing weight watchers because I am 80-100lbs overweight. I would like to go to meetings to hopefully find some new friends my age. I am 23. I’ve heard that weight watchers is mostly for older women though. If that’s the case, I might do the online program. Does anyone have any personal experience with this?
