I recently joined the new weight watcher plus Program and I do not like it. I have followed it perfectly with no weight loss. I used to be on the old "Flex" program and lost tons of weight. Can anyone tell me how to follow that program again?
i was just wondering where and how can i get a book of weight watchers without paying , you know the book they give you when you first go to the first meeting ?

I’v been useing a health o meter scale for a couple of years now and latley it’s been aggravating me. Almost everytime I step on the scale in the morning it gives me up to 3 different weights. I’ve been dieting and it frustrates me when it says I’ve gained when it should’nt be possible. I stepped on a weight watchers scale earlier and I was almost 3 pounds less. Could my scale be wrong or is the weight watchers wrong?
I used to use the old Weight Watchers program and it was very helpful for me. I lost 30 pounds in 4 months. Now i gained it back and wanted to go back on Weight Watchers. I wanted to go back to the old program but they said it wasn’t recommended. Does anyone know if the new program is effective?
does anyone have a good brownie recipe that has a weight watcher points value? I would like one with 3 points or less per brownie.

I need to lose some poundage but I have ZERO will power. So I figured if I have to pay for it, I’m more likly to stick to it. Have you ever tried either Weight Watchers and Nutrisystems? Did either work for you?
I’m really trying to lose weight and i’ve heard from a few friends that this points calculator works; but i just don’t understand the concept of it. How many points a day should you have? Do you want less points or more points? I just need someone to explain this to me! Please!
