I want to joint weight watchers, but can’t afford it right now so I wanted to try it on my own. I have the cookbooks, but I wanted to figure out how many points I can have per day. I know it depends on your height, weight, etc… THANKS!

I started weight watchers and have been doing great. I’m planning on going to an authentic italian restaurant for dinner tonight for pizza with my kids. Can anyone tell me how many points would be in a slice of cheese pizza? Everything I find online refers to Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc. I want to know how many points are in a typical (large) piece of pizza from one of these (what I refer to as) real pizza places. Thanks!

Wanting to start Weight Watchers for the first time. I see you can look up a lot of info on the internet about point value and allowance for my weight. Does the starter kit walk you through the diet or is it just a companion to someone who does the whole program with the meetings?
Does anyone have any really great recipes for weight watchers going to a BBQ? I have to bring a dish and I am tired of the recipes that I have – any good suggestions?
