i was wondering if weight watchers works as effectively as everyone states it does. i have recently joined… desiring to loose around 20 kgs and was interested in asking more sources to whether i will be having a tough time or a breeze dealing with weight watchers.
I am an emotional eater I guess. I am 140 pds and I’d like to be 110. I am pretty short. What do you do in weight watchers exactly?
And does anyone know how much it costs approximately?
What comes in the weight watchers kits? Any success stories? Would you recommend it? Is it something my can do as well or is it geared more towards females.
