I’m down 40 pounds, have 20 more to go and want to know what lays ahead for my daily point intake? My goal weight is 130, and right now I’m eating 22 points a day. How many more points will I get to add to maintain? I do not attend meetings, I am doing this on my own…so I don’t have that ‘group’ support. Thanks!

I started weight watchers on sept 18, the first week and a half i lost about 5 or 6 pounds. Now i weigh myself every morning, and it wont change. I eat very healthy for the most part, and exercise evryday. Will it pick back up again, and will i start losing?? Any help
