If I get 20 points a day on weight watchers, do I have to use all of those 20 points in order to lose weight? Someone told me that if I didn’t use all of my 20 points I wouldn’t lose weight.
my points are 18-25, but I usually just base it on 20 points, but for the last two nights I have had like 5.5 and 6.5 points left over and I don’t want to eat late at night. I am just wandering if I eat less than my points will I gain?

How Many Weight Watchers Points in Milk?

how many weight watches points are in those little tubs of milk? The uht milks? We have no milk in the office so I have to use those – just not sure how many points to add on!

One of the big things that helps you eat more for less points is fiber. Is it true that say, if I eat oat bran on my cereal, or take fiber pills every meal that it helps you lose weight?
I mean, by adding my own fiber per meal or snack- isn’t that changing the dynamic of the meal? Does fiber absorb any fat?

I am unable to go to any meetings etc, but I know it can be successful. I have lost 5kg so far by cutting down fat etc, but I want to use the points system. I weigh 85kg, and would like to be 60kg. How many points should I have daily, and how many points do I need to mantain my weight when I reach my goal. Thanks
