Weight Watchers give you an extra 35 bonus points for the week) this is NOT the exercise points). Does anyone know if you still loose weight if you use the 35 points every week? I have 24 points to eat a day but I am thinking this is not enough because I am starving. I’d like to dip into my 35 points but am afraid it is going to effect my weight loss

I am 15, almost 16 years old. I am not obese, but I could lose some weight in certain areas. I was wondering if you had to be of a certain age to join Weight Watchers. My mom is looking into gyms as well and I would like to do this with her so I was wondering if I was too young to join or can anyone?

I did Weight Watchers a few years ago and did well but quit after a few weeks (the first week I lost 5 pounds). I have started it again and am currently in my second week however I am not going to the actual Weight Watchers, I am doing it alone because I already have the materials and have family members on it. This makes it hard to know exactly how much weight I have lost and to have my questions answered. I asked someone (who does WW online) and she said that once I reach my goal that I need to up my points or I will continue to lose weight (as it IS a diet), so once I reach my goal how do I maintain it, I plan to always eat better and still exercise but how many points should I consume then? Thanks!

I am thinking its about time to do something about losing weight! I know all of the stuff, eat less eat better more exercise, but my friend has suggested joining a Weight Watchers group.
So really what I want to know is is it worth it? I do tend to run from place to place so I need to know if it is possible to do when you aren’t always eating at home and that it won’t stop me being able to eat out. Can you do it without packing lunches in advance?
And is it worth joining a class? At the moment I kinda see it as ritual humiliation and a bit ‘look at me I’m fat’. If I thought it really helped though, I think I would get over and it and just do it!
Thanks for your advice!!

Does anyone know the point values of any of the meals at a Sizzling Pub (uk) ?
I bought the weight watchers eating out 2010 book and it has practically all the other chains except this one (surprising really considering this is probably the most popular pub chain!)
Im assuming it would be either the mediterranean tomato pesto pasta, breaded chicken or fishcakes thats the lowest??
Thanks in advance

I love weight watchers-and it really works-but at night I get a craving for something-anything! I prefer sweets-and of course I KNOW you are not supposed to eat anything late at night but it is so hard to fight the urge!!

Weight Watchers recently converted to a new point system, but I have no idea how to compute how many points I have.
