I have done weight watchers before, but lost my books. As soon as Thanksgiving is over and my gluttonous day is behind me, I would like to start back up on a healthy diet with Weight Watchers. I weigh 135 and only want to lose about 10-12 pounds. What are good menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) ideas for an 18-21 point goal?
Does any one have any low point recipes for thanksgiving for side dishes and dessets ? I love having homemade:greens ,mac and cheese, candied yams,desserts,cheese potatoes ect. does any one have any great ideas that is on the weight watchers program ?
I am doing weight watchers and i have all my books for ww packed up and somewhere in storage can someone please tell me how many points these are per serving
1 large bananna
1 cup of canteloupe
2 slices of tomatoes
a few leafs of lettuce
med apple
I want/need to start a weight loss program (mostly for the accountability) and wondering what system would be best, weight watchers or the program at my fernwood gym or another than someone can suggest? Has anyone tried either? did it work?
PS. want to lose about 35plbs.
Im 2 weeks into the weight watchers program… I’m satisfied with my results… My family is going to the beach in June and Im trying to loose weight to get into that dream bikini!!! Also does anyone have any tips for doing this diet??? I really need to loose weight fast so please help fast!!!

The first thing in Weight Watchers they said I have to lose is 10% of my weight, which for me is 18 pounds. How much should I lose per week, and how long do you think it will take for me to lose 18 pounds?
