I am looking to lose a signifigant amount of weight and heard that Weight Watchers works very well. But I need a place that I can work out and I can’t find anything on their website about a fitness area. I don’t want to put my money into something that just tells me how to eat! I don’t need a lecture just serious answers!

I heard you gotta pay monthly fee to be in the group, is there someplace to get all the info I’d need to follow the diet for free? I dont have a lot of money and im just curious and want to research diets. Is there a weight watchers book that the library might have?

I lost about 40 pounds on Weight Watchers two years ago and became a lifetime member. For the first eight months, I weighed in at least once a month and maintained my goal weight and lifetime membership. Then, life got busy and I stopped going to meetings.
I’m still at my goal weight but I haven’t been to meetings in over a year and a half. I would like to go the meetings again. Will they make me join all over again or can I maintain my lifetime membership if I’m still at my goal weight?

Hi
I am currently on weight watchers at home and taking alli
Should I still count the points for the oil even thought I am taking on alli? All the oil you take in gets blocked and disposed when Alli is taken.

I just started weight watchers but I’m a vegetarian. So I eat a lot of Morning Star. I’ve looked it up on based on the calories, fat and fiber. And it says 4 points. But in the actual booklet, under Vegetarian meat substitutes a frozen burger patty is one.
The Morning Star I primarily eat is the Originals Prime. So, am I really consuming just one point or have I messed up and eaten 4 each time?
