I’m doing a much simpler version of Weight Watchers at home, without all of the books and whatnot. My mother and father were on it for about 3 years and both successfully lost weight. I’m 14, weigh 150 pounds, and 5’4. I just ran a mile around my neighborhood and my time was 11:44. I was wondering if anyone with a knowledge of calculating how many exercise points I get could please do so? Please&&Thankyouu! (:
I am currently doing weight watchers, I eat my total points, I drink lots of water, and I exercise. I wanted to start taking a diet supplement that actually works, so I can loose weight quicker. Does anybody know of a diet supplement that does work?

From www.GamblersTelevision.com Hello Fight fans this is a quick hitter from Boxing. They are calling it The Dream Match. The Golden Boy Oscar De La Hoya makes his return to the ring on Saturday December 6th to fight Manny Pacquiao. The 12 round bout will be in the 147-pound weight classification and it will be held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event will be televised on Pay-Per-View. Oscar De La Hoya has a professional record of 39 wins and 5 losses and has won World Titles in 6 different weight divisions. 30 of The Golden Boys 39 wins have come by knockout. He has spent the last 7 years fighting in heavier weight divisions of 150lbs or greater. De La Hoya will have a 6-inch reach advantage over his opponent Manny Pacquiao. Manny Pacquiao sports a professional record of 47 wins, 3 losses and 2 draws. Fighting at 147 lbs will be the heaviest for Pacquiao in the squared circle. Manny came in at 134 ½ lbs when he defeated David Diaz by knockout in June of this year. As De La Hoya was disposing of Arturo Gotti in March of 2001 weighing 147 pounds Pacquiao was in the ring 1 month later in April of 2001 weighing just 122 pounds in his native country the Phillipines. Pacquiao began his professional career in January of 1995 fighting at just 106 pounds in the light flyweight division. Oddsmakers …
I lost 30 pounds two years ago using Weight Watchers and basically every morning I had a pack of instant grits-which were 2 points. I am starting WW again but I am looking for more interesting breakfast meals-I have lunch and dinner taken care of-but breakfast just stumps me.
I don’t like the way pills make me jittery and need to learn better eating habits. I want to know if people have had good success with weight watchers.
So I have decided not to do weight watchers anymore. I did lose weight while doing it but I didn’t feel good. I also didn’t feel like I was losing weight. My stomach felt bloated and my pants felt tight. After talking to my husband about what I should do he said “There is only one way I have ever seen you lose weight and be successful at doing it! The South Beach Diet!” I was like “You are sooo right!” Things I forgot to mention in the video… I went from 225.4lbs to 220.8lbs while on ww June 17th – June 29th The night of the 29th I decided It wasn’t the right plan for me so I was like “Oh! Diet starts TOMORROW!” I had a Mtn Dew and some smores that’s why I gained and went up to 222.2lbs the next day. I think everyone does that….”Diet starts Monday!” haha! Alright so I will be seeing you guys everyday for the next 5 days! I am also going to my last 2 weight watchers meetings. I paid .95 for a monthly pass and I might as well go if I’m paying for it!
