I am on weight watchers and I’m doing a great job, but I’m trying to find out what things I should have my pantry and fridge stocked with at all times. I have soups, whole wheat pastas, 1 point individual serving popcorn, oatmeal, etc… What are some other great things to keep on hand at all times that can help me out when it’s time to make lunch or dinner?
I’m not retarded, I buy lower sodium soups.
I need to know what my points are or what my limit is – I weigh 245lbs and want to loose weight and I have all of the weight watchers books but did not sign up for the program so someone knowledgeable of the point system explain it to me please?

I know with both plans you have to be committed to it, but which one is easier? And does weight watchers offer pre-packaged meals? How much weight can you lose in two months with either plan?
I’m trying to lose weight for my holiday at the end of july. My goal is to lose 5 stone before hand, I’ve already lost a stone since January so I think this could be a quite reasonable goal. I’ve taken to eating healthy, and running 2 miles a day, and I’ve more recently started doing 100 sit ups a day – But I really want to do more… does weight watchers actually help? does anyone have any success stories?
I was curious to see if I pay for several months of Weight Watchers up front, can I go to a different location if I don’t like the one I signed up with? I am worried I will be committed for months and not like the location. Thanks!!
