I can’t afford to join weight watchers. All I need is the point system.
my diet plan isn’t working, so I figured I’d give Weight Watchers another try until my 22nd birthday.
if i do weight watchers, and excericise and everything,
how fast do you think ill lose it?
Long rambling video! But I talk about my weight loss in the past and why I had such an awful week (no self control). I gotta get my act together if I want to see results. I’m miserable with how I look, and with the way I’ve been eating i FEEL awful. This week will be better, I’m making that promise to YOU and MYSELF. thanks so much for everyone’s support!!
does anyone know good dessert recipes for people who are on weight watchers ?
like desserts you make yourself ?
I started weight watchers on Monday of this week. Obviously, i won’t see results tomorrow- but how long should it be before I see improvement? I’m also curious about how many minutes of exercise I should be getting each day to maximize my results. I’m trying to lose as much weight as possible by the time I go on vacation at the end of October. Any help is much appreciated! (:
