I am thinking abo ut doing weight watchers because I am 80-100lbs overweight. I would like to go to meetings to hopefully find some new friends my age. I am 23. I’ve heard that weight watchers is mostly for older women though. If that’s the case, I might do the online program. Does anyone have any personal experience with this?

When you belong to weight watchers, and go to meetings once a week, you get to stop paying once you reach your goal. Is this also true when you are a member of weight watchers online? Also, is there a discount for students in either situation?

I am a mother of 2 children (1 y/o and 2y/o) I currently weigh 150 lbs and am 5’7". I get low to moderate exercise daily. Right now, my family can not afford to pay for weight watchers. But I start a new job in August and then I plan on going to meetings. But for now Can someone who has the beginning books please calculate how many points I am allowed???
