What comes in the weight watchers kits? Any success stories? Would you recommend it? Is it something my can do as well or is it geared more towards females.

I go to weight watchers once a week and im not losing any weight, i dont understand the concept, eat more to lose weight… I have loads of points to use up and anything healthy has no points, the thing s i have to use ALL my points to lose weight, its so frustrating what should i do?
When i feel like i want to go in the kitchen and eat everything under the sun, i always go to my miracle food and it helps sustain me and keep me in check while trying to lose weight!

I have a friend who’s desperatly trying to lose weight but has such a tight budget that participating in the weight watchers programs is not an option… My friend has a copy of a weight watcher’s cookbook… Does anyone know how that point system works? How much can one eat a day? Any more information about this all would be greatly appreciated.
