I just started weight watchers two days ago. I seem to go over my points everyday. It’s partly because I am getting out of old habits, like having 3 slices of pizza. I’m just having a hard time feeling satisfied. Does anyone have any advice?

I love him very much and quite frankly I am scared for his health. He is fairly overweight by at least 100 lbs. I have recenlty started to put on weight and the other day he sorta mentioned it. I am not at all overweight but could loose about 10 lbs. I want to go on weight watchers and want him to join with me but I know that if I ask him he wont. And I dont want to hurt his feelings. Any ideas on how to get him to join with me? How can I motivate him to loose at least 50 lbs?

With Weight Watchers, you watch your weight go down, and then go back up again.
Im already on LA weight loss and have done GREAT so Im not looking for a free way to do weight watchers. Im just curious about how many points I’d get if I were on weight watchers.
