Weight Watchers “perogi” Recipe

These turned out surprisingly well and VERY filling! Feel free to ask me any questions! The Kielbasa I used was Hillshire Farms precooked. I in no way own these songs, but they are fantastic and fitting! Too Fat Polka-Craig Duncan Dily Doly Polka-Al Soyka his accordion and his orchestra

I am 5’3, 130 pounds, and i want to lose 20. Please don’t tell me I don’t need to lose weight. I just want to be healthier and have proof of it. I want to start weight watchers, but I don’t have the money for it. How many points can I have each day?

Hello, I just completed my first week of weight watchers. I lost an initial 6lbs for my first week. So far the only challenge that I see in the future is my dinner plan. I was able to pull off eating different meals than my family for this week but I don’t think it’s very probable for that to continue. I’m looking for fellow weight watchers who also have to cook for a husband and children and looking for sample dinners with recipes and points values. Nothing strange or extravagant, I have to cook for 3 boys :) Any ideas?

I have decided to join weight watchers but was wondering if I could give it a try first myself as I found a points list on the internet. How many points do you have a day? How does exercise fit into the plan – do you get points for that or something?

      Thanks :)

My mom convinced me to try weight watchers, and now after 3 weeks with no access to a scale I am wondering how much (in theory) I can expect to have lost. Like for example if I end up with 10 points left over at the end of the week, what kind of a change would that be in body weight?

I started the Weight Watchers points system 8 weeks ago and I’ve only lost 12lbs…I am a fairly large woman with 179lbs more to lose in order to get to my goal weight…I wish the weight would drop off faster…
I’d like to know from Weight Watchers clients (former or present), what were your results and how long did it take to reach your goal? If you used another means of weight loss, please share. I am just weighing out my options (no pun intended). Thank you in advance for your responses!
