My friend is on Weight Watchers point system and thinks she can eat fruits and vegetables all day because apparently they are free points. She has only lost 4 pounds in 5 weeks and can’t figure out why. Could it be that she literally grazes 16 hours a day?

Should I Do a Lo Carb Meal Plan or Weight Watchers?

? Puggle Person ? asked:

I want to lose as much weight with exercise in 4 months… I don’t want to do Atkins diet because I have done that many times and i am having problems staying on it long term. So if I wanted to go lo carb (not no carb) how many carbs should I stay between each day or meal?

Or should I just go on weight watchers??? I only have four months until my Caribbean cruise!

Is there a weight watchers (online) promotion code available that will alow a waiver of the registration fee?
And I do not need some stupid weightloss advise like Trent R felt to leave. His answer is totally unrelated to my question. If you do not have the exact answer to my specific question then please do not answer it.

Ginny R asked:

I read somewhere that you have to exercise for 1 hour 6 days a week if you’re on weight watchers. Is that true?

I work full time and go to school at night. By the time I come home at night, I’d be too tired to do cardio and weight lifting for 1 hour. I might be able to squeeze in 15 minutes cardio, but nothing more.

Would Weight Watchers work for someone with a busy schedule like me? Do I have to cook as well?

klair_lickdee asked:

I am starting a diet and want to use Weight Watchers, does anyone know where I can find a list of all foods and their points?

Also, does anyone know any good, helpful dieting tips? Thank you!!!

Austin asked:

People have lost over 100 lbs doing weight watchers. They eat pizza, burgers, and choclate, and other food they love. So this has to conlcude that a calorie is a calorie correct? The key is portion size right? So if you eat chips, cookies, and junk as long as you eat it in portion size and don’t go over your calorie limit then you shouldn’t gain right? It has to be true I know people who lost 100 lbs doing so!
